Head to Village Chief Lunata.

Take the Red Jewel without saying anything (Red Jewel ×10, Reputation -3)
Defeat Murgaab:

Battle 3: Sierra (Red Jewel ×3, Reputation +1)

Fruits of Connection

Move to the central entrance of the Ancient Lands for a battle with Baron.
