本プライバシーポリシーは、個人開発者 Rinblog（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「たべごよみ」（英語名 Tabegoyomi。以下「本アプリ」）において、ユーザーの情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
本アプリに記録した食事の情報（写真の複製、撮影日時、店の名前と位置、ジャンル、一緒に食べた人の名前、メモ、店の順位。以下「記録」）は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者は記録を受け取るサーバーを持たず、記録を収集・閲覧・送信することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
記録が端末の外に出るのは、ユーザー自身が送る操作をしたときだけです。
本アプリは、ユーザーが許可した場合に iPhone の写真ライブラリを読み取ります。読み取りと判定はすべて端末の中で完結します。
本アプリはカメラを使いません。撮影の許可を求めることはありません。
本アプリは、ユーザーが許可した場合に、次のときだけ現在地を取得します。
店の候補は Apple の地図（MapKit）で検索します。このとき、検索する地点の座標と検索語（店の名前など）が Apple に送られます。これは Apple が提供する仕組みによるもので、開発者はその内容を受け取りません。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
取得した現在地は、その場で使うだけで保存しません（「現在地にする」を押したときだけ、その地点を店の位置として保存します）。
写真に撮影地点が付いているときは、店の候補を出すためにそれを使います。取り込む前の写真の撮影地点は、取り込むか外すまでのあいだだけ端末の中に置き、取り込んだとき・外したときに消します。その間に「今すぐバックアップ」を実行すると、控えにも入ります。
記録として残る位置は、ユーザーが選んだ店の位置だけです。位置情報を許可しなくても、店は自分で検索して選べます。
ユーザーが設定で「今すぐバックアップ」を実行した場合、記録（写真の複製を含みます）はユーザー自身の Apple ID の iCloud Drive（本アプリ専用の保存場所）に保存されます。これは Apple がユーザーに提供するストレージであり、開発者はその内容にアクセスできません。
控えは自動では作られません。ユーザーが操作したときだけ書き込みます。また、記録の数が前回より減る書き込みは行いません。写真ライブラリの写真は控えに含めず、変更もしません。
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、これらのサービスが技術的に必要な情報を取り扱う場合があります。記録（写真・店の名前・メモ・一緒に食べた人の名前）はこれらのサービスに送信されません。

本アプリは、無料版では Google AdMob による広告を表示します。表示するのは次の2種類だけです。
インタースティシャル広告（画面を覆う全画面広告）およびアプリ起動時の広告は表示しません。Pro をご購入いただくと、無料版も含めすべての画面で広告が表示されなくなります。
EU・EEA・英国にお住まいの方には、広告の配信前に Google のユーザーメッセージプラットフォーム（UMP）による同意確認の画面が表示されることがあります。iOS では、広告の配信に広告識別子（IDFA）を使う場合があり、その許可を求める App Tracking Transparency（ATT）のダイアログを表示することがあります。このダイアログは起動直後には表示せず、最初の記録を1回終えたあとに表示します。許可しなかった場合も、広告識別子を使わない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）が表示されます。連絡先へのアクセスはありません。
月報・年報ができたことをお知らせする通知は、端末の中で予約するローカル通知です。その月（年報はその年）に記録があるときだけ、月末の 21 時と 12 月 31 日にお知らせします。通知サーバーは使用せず、通知のために情報が送られることはありません。
記録は、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。アプリ内の設定から、記録をすべて消すこともできます。iCloud の控えは iOS の「設定 → Apple ID → iCloud」から削除できます。開発者が記録を保持することはないため、開発者側での削除手続きはありません。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。13 歳未満のユーザーから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
記録は iOS の標準のアプリ保護領域に保存され、他のアプリからアクセスできません。ただし、端末の紛失や第三者による端末の操作に対しては、端末のパスコードをご利用ください。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲示します。重要な変更の場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how Rinblog (the "Developer"), an individual developer, handles your information in the iOS application "Tabegoyomi" (the "App").
Everything you record in the App (copies of your photos, the time they were taken, place names and locations, genres, the names of people you ate with, notes, and your rankings; collectively, "Records") is stored only on your device. The Developer operates no server that receives Records, and never collects, views or transmits them. No account is required.
Records leave your device only when you choose to send them.
With your permission, the App reads your iPhone photo library. All reading and analysis happens entirely on your device.
The App does not use the camera and never asks for camera access.
With your permission, the App reads your current location only:
Place suggestions are searched on Apple Maps (MapKit). The coordinates being searched and the search term (such as a place name) are sent to Apple as part of that service; the Developer does not receive them. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your current location is used on the spot and not stored (only when you tap "Use current location" is that point saved as the place's location).
When a photo carries the location where it was taken, the App uses it to suggest places. The location of a photo waiting to be imported is kept on your device only until you import or remove that photo, and is deleted at that moment. If you tap "Back up now" in the meantime, it is included in the backup.
The only locations kept in your Records are those of the places you choose. You can decline location access and still search for places yourself.
When you tap "Back up now" in Settings, your Records (including the copies of your photos) are written to your own Apple ID's iCloud Drive, in a container reserved for this App. That storage is provided to you by Apple, and the Developer cannot access its contents.
Backups are never automatic. They are written only when you ask for one. A backup that would contain fewer records than the previous one is refused. Photos in your library are not included in the backup and are never modified.
The App uses the third-party services below, which may handle technically necessary information. Your Records (photos, place names, notes, the names of people you ate with) are never sent to these services.

On the Free tier, the App shows ads served by Google AdMob. Only two kinds are shown:
No interstitial or app-open ads are shown. Purchasing Pro removes ads from every screen.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may see a consent screen from Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ads are served. On iOS, the App may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve ads, and may show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for that permission. This prompt is never shown right after launch; it is shown after you finish recording your first meal. If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead. The App does not access your contacts.
Notifications telling you that a monthly or yearly report is ready are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are sent at 9 p.m. on the last day of a month, and on December 31, only when that month (or, for the yearly report, that year) has records. No notification server is used and no information is sent for them.
Records remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall it. Settings also offers a way to erase all Records. An iCloud backup can be removed from iOS Settings under your Apple ID. Because the Developer never holds your Records, there is no deletion request to make.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Records are stored in the standard protected app area of iOS and cannot be read by other apps. Please use your device passcode to protect against loss or unauthorized use of the device itself.
Any change is posted on this page together with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes are also announced inside the App.
