Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS application "Puffy Stickers & Trades" (Japanese name: ぷっくりシール帳; the "App"), provided by the individual developer Rinblog (the "Developer"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is

The App lets you collect puffy stickers from a capsule machine (free users get 1 capsule back every 12 hours, up to 2 at a time, and can watch a video ad for up to 3 more a day), press them to feel them dent, tilt your phone to see the shine move, stick them in your sticker book, and trade them with friends or with strangers. The sticker artwork is original to the App and does not copy any real product or character.

2. What stickers are, and the limits on numbers and counts

• Stickers are digital data that mean something only inside the App. They have no property value and carry no right to be exchanged for money.
• The odds of each sticker coming out of a machine are shown on the machine's screen, design by design. There are limits on how many times you can open capsules (free users get 1 capsule back every 12 hours, up to 2 at a time, plus up to 3 a day by watching a video ad), how many trade requests you can have, and how many stickers you can put in the Swap Box; these limits are shown in the App.
• The "rate" shown on trade screens is only a reference guide to how many everyday stickers a design is worth, calculated from recent completed trades. It is not a money price.
• The Developer may change designs, counts, limits and how rates are calculated as needed to run the App.
• Completing a set of stickers does not earn any bonus or prize.

3. Pricing and Sticker Book Membership (subscription)

• The App is free to play. Opening capsules, sticking stickers and trading are all free.
• The only paid item is the auto-renewing subscription "Sticker Book Membership". There is no way to use money to buy capsules, get more capsules or buy stickers. There is no one-time purchase.
• Membership gives you: capsules without ads, up to 3 trades and Swap Box turns a day (1 a day for free users), up to 20 sticker book pages with a choice of backgrounds, resizing stickers, and peeling stickers off without ads. The number of capsules you can open, the odds, and the stickers that come out are the same for members and free users.
• Prices are 300 yen per month or 2,400 yen per year (tax included) in Japan, and $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year in the United States. In other countries and regions, the amount shown on the purchase screen applies. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to the payment method on your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. After you cancel, you remain a member until the end of the current period. Deleting the App, or deleting your data inside the App, does not cancel your subscription.
• To restore a purchase, tap "Restore Purchases" on the membership screen.
• Refunds follow Apple's policy. Please request them from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Trading rules

• There are two kinds of trade: a chosen trade with a friend, and a random trade with strangers (the Swap Box). Either one happens only when both sides freely offer and agree.
• You cannot trade with a friend for 24 hours after becoming friends. You can make 1 chosen trade a day as a free user, or 3 a day as a member. Only one trade can be in progress with each friend at a time.
• You cannot send text, photos or drawings in a trade. There is no messaging.
• You can remove anyone from your friends at any time. The other person is not notified.
• A completed trade cannot be undone. Stickers you have marked as favorites ask for confirmation before you let them go.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following when using the App.

• Give, sell, buy, broker or solicit stickers, accounts or invite codes in exchange for cash, valuables, electronic money, or items in other games (including real-money trading). The same applies outside the App, on any website, app, social network, flea market or auction.
• Create several accounts to trade with yourself or to get around counts and limits.
• Modify, analyze or tamper with the App or its communication (including skipping ads, adding counts, or restoring peeling rights).
• Use programs that operate the App automatically, or put excessive load on the servers.
• Harass other users, impersonate others, or break laws or public order and morals.
• Disassemble or decompile the App (except where the law allows).

If we confirm any of these, we may stop your trading, cancel stickers, or suspend your account without prior notice.

6. Ads

Free users can watch a video ad (a rewarded ad) to get extra capsules or to reset a page of the sticker book. Whether to watch is your choice. If you do not, you can still open capsules with your free counts. Ads are served on the advertiser's responsibility, and the Developer does not warrant their content. We never cover your screen with an ad you did not choose to watch.

7. Age

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please use it with your parent's or guardian's consent. Where your device can tell us your age range (iOS 26 or later), we use it only to decide how ads are shown (no behavioral targeting ads are shown when you are under 13).

8. Data and your account

• You do not need to register an email address or phone number. You are signed in with an anonymous ID.
• Your sticker book (stickers, pages, counts and so on) is stored on your device. It is saved to your own iCloud (a backup) only when you choose "Back up to iCloud" in Settings; it is never backed up automatically. If you have backed it up, you can get it back from iCloud after changing iPhones or reinstalling the App, by signing in with the same Apple Account. If you have not backed it up, are not signed in to iCloud, or have turned iCloud off for the App, it is stored on your device only, and you cannot get it back if you lose or erase your device.
• You can delete your data at any time from Settings > Delete my data. Your sticker book on your device and in iCloud, and your trade data on the server, are deleted, and deleted data and stickers cannot be restored.
• How information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the App and in the design, wording and sticker artwork of its screens belong to the Developer. You are granted only the right to use the App for personal purposes.

10. Disclaimer

• The App is provided as is. The Developer does not warrant that it will run without interruption or be free of errors.
• Except in cases of the Developer's intent or gross negligence, the Developer is not liable for damage caused by communication problems, device failure or loss, or failures of third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat and others).
• The Developer does not act as an intermediary in trades between users and is not responsible for dissatisfaction or disputes arising from them.

11. Changes to, or discontinuation of, the App

The Developer may change the App or stop offering it. When doing so, we will give notice in the App or on the support page as far as possible in advance. After it ends, data including your stickers can no longer be used.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change. The revised text is posted on this page and in the App and takes effect when posted. For important changes we will also notify you in the App.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the Developer's address in Japan has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the App.
