本プライバシーポリシーは、個人開発者 Rinblog（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「ぷっくりシール帳」（英語名 Puffy Stickers & Trades。以下「本アプリ」）において、ユーザーの情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
本アプリは、メールアドレス・電話番号・氏名・位置情報・連絡先・写真ライブラリの中身などを集めません。シール帳（シール・ページ・回数）は、端末に保存します。利用者が「iCloud にバックアップ」を選んだときだけ、利用者自身の iCloud にも保存します。サーバーに置くのは、友だちとの交換と交換ポストを動かすのに必要な最小限の情報だけです。プレイヤー名は自分で決める名前で、友だちにだけ表示します（本名を入れないでください）。
本アプリは匿名のIDでサインインします。友だちとの交換と交換ポストのために、サーバー（Google の Firebase。東京リージョン）に置く情報は次のとおりです。

端末の中だけに保存し、サーバーにも iCloud にも送らないもの：外観の設定、通知の設定、年齢の範囲。
シール（手持ち）・シール帳のページ・お気に入り・回した回数・はがし権の残り・最後に回した機械と、交換の相手としてのサインインの状態は、まず端末の中に保存します。iCloud への保存は、利用者が設定の「iCloud にバックアップ」を選び、確認の窓で「バックアップする」を押したときだけ行います。自動では保存せず、書き換えただけでは iCloud に送りません（もう一度バックアップを選ぶと、変えた分が iCloud に届きます）。保存先は、利用者自身の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit の、利用者だけの領域）です。バックアップしてあれば、iPhone を替えたり本アプリを入れ直したりしたときに、同じ Apple アカウントでサインインして、最初の画面から iCloud のシール帳を選んで戻せます。開発者は、この iCloud の中身を読めません。サインインの状態は暗号化して置きます。バックアップすると、iCloud の空き容量を少し使います。バックアップしていない場合、iCloud にサインインしていない場合、本アプリの iCloud をオフにしている場合は、端末の中だけに保存します。その場合は、iPhone を失くしたり初期化したりすると戻せません。「データの削除」を実行したときは、端末と、バックアップしてあれば iCloud の両方から消します。
シール帳のページを壁紙（画像・Live Photo）として、また、シールやカードの画像を、写真ライブラリに保存するときだけ、書き込みの許可を求めます。写真ライブラリの中身を読むことはありません。
通知は、設定の「通知」で選んだものだけを送ります。無料の回数がもどったことのお知らせは端末の中で予約され、サーバーを通りません。交換と交換ポストのお知らせは、プッシュ通知（Apple のプッシュ通知サービスと Firebase Cloud Messaging）で送ります。許可は iPhone の「設定」からいつでも変えられます。
無料の利用者が自分で選んで見る動画の広告（リワード広告）に、Google AdMob を使います。広告識別子（IDFA）などが AdMob に渡ることがあります。

これらのサービスは、日本国外（米国など）のサーバーで情報を取り扱うことがあります。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーは、それぞれの事業者のサイトでご確認ください。
本アプリは、利用状況を計測する分析ツール（アクセス解析・行動ログなど）を組み込んでいません。
サーバーの情報は、利用者がアカウントを使っているあいだ保存します（回数・ポストの結果・交換の記録は、上の「2」に書いた期間で消えます）。設定の「データの削除」を実行すると、いまのシール帳（シール・ページ）が、この iPhone と iCloud から消えます。同じ Apple アカウントの、ほかの iPhone・iPad からも消えます。あわせて、友だち、申し込みと交換の記録、招待コードとカード、交換ポストで待っているシールも消えます。同じ Apple アカウントのほかのシール帳は消えません。サーバーに残った記録は、そのあと自動で消えます（ふつうは数分です）。サブスクリプションは、データを削除しても解約になりません。先に iPhone の「設定」から解約してください。
法令に基づく場合を除き、上の第三者サービスへ必要な範囲で渡す以外に、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。App Store の Kids カテゴリには登録していません。13歳未満のユーザーから意図的に個人情報を集めることはありません。13歳未満の方が使う場合も、上の「6」のとおり行動ターゲティングの広告は出しません。
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除などをご希望のときは、下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。本アプリの「データの削除」で、サーバーのデータと iCloud のシール帳は利用者自身でも消せます。
通信は暗号化されます。端末の紛失や第三者による端末の操作に備えて、端末のパスコードをご利用ください。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページとアプリ内に変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲示します。重要な変更の場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how information about users is handled in the iOS application "Puffy Stickers & Trades" (Japanese name: ぷっくりシール帳; the "App"), provided by the individual developer Rinblog (the "Developer").
The App does not collect your email address, phone number, name, location, contacts, or the contents of your photo library. Your sticker book (stickers, pages and counts) is stored on your device, and in your own iCloud only when you choose "Back up to iCloud". The only information kept on the server is the minimum needed to run trades with friends and the Swap Box. Your player name is a name you choose and is shown only to your friends (please do not use your real name).
The App signs you in with an anonymous ID. To run trades with friends and the Swap Box, the information kept on the server (Google Firebase, Tokyo region) is as follows.

Stored only on your device and never sent to the server or iCloud: appearance setting, notification settings, and age range.
Your stickers (collection), sticker book pages, favorites, counts of capsules opened, remaining peeling rights, the machine you opened last, and the sign-in state used for trading are first stored on your device. They are saved to iCloud only when you choose "Back up to iCloud" in Settings and tap "Back up" in the confirmation. They are never saved automatically, and changes you make afterwards are not sent to iCloud until you back up again. The destination is your own iCloud (the private area of Apple's CloudKit that only you can read). If you have backed up, then after changing iPhones or reinstalling the App you can sign in with the same Apple Account and choose your iCloud sticker book on the first screen to get it back. The Developer cannot read the contents of this iCloud data. The sign-in state is stored encrypted. Backing up uses a little of your iCloud storage. If you have not backed up, are not signed in to iCloud, or have turned iCloud off for the App, your sticker book is stored on your device only; in that case it cannot be restored if you lose or erase your iPhone. When you run "Delete my data", it is deleted from your device and, if you have backed up, from iCloud.
We ask for permission to write to your photo library only when you save a sticker book page as a wallpaper (image or Live Photo), or a sticker or card image. We never read the contents of your photo library.
We send only the notifications you chose in Settings > Notifications. The reminder that your free capsules are back is scheduled on your device and does not pass through a server. Trade and Swap Box notifications are sent as push notifications (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging). You can change the permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
We use Google AdMob for the video ads (rewarded ads) that free users choose to watch. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) and similar data may be passed to AdMob.

These services may handle information on servers outside Japan (such as in the United States). Please see each provider's own privacy policy on its website.
The App does not include any analytics tool (access analysis, behavior logs and the like) to measure how it is used.
Information on the server is kept while you use your account (counts, Swap Box results and trade records are deleted after the periods given in section 2). When you run Settings > Delete my data, the current sticker book (stickers and pages) is deleted from this iPhone and from iCloud, and from your other iPhones and iPads that use the same Apple Account. Your friends, trade requests and records, invite code and cards, and stickers waiting in the Swap Box are deleted as well. Other sticker books on the same Apple Account are not deleted. Records left on the server are then deleted automatically (usually within a few minutes). Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it first in iPhone Settings.
Except where required by law, we do not provide or sell your information to third parties other than passing what is necessary to the third-party services above.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and is not listed in the App Store's Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Even if a child under 13 uses the App, behavioral targeting ads are not shown, as described in section 6.
If you want your information disclosed, corrected or deleted, please contact the address below. You can also delete your server data and your iCloud sticker book yourself with "Delete my data" in the App.
Communication is encrypted. To guard against a lost device or someone else operating it, please use your device passcode.
If we change this Policy, we will post the revised text and the last-updated date on this page and in the App. For important changes we will also notify you in the App.
