本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人開発者 Rinblog（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「究極マルバツ - Ultimate Tic Tac Toe」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。ユーザーの情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを非独占的に利用する権利をユーザーに許諾します。

本アプリは無料で利用できます。有料の商品は、アプリ内で1回だけ購入する非消耗型の「広告非表示＆テーマ」の1つだけです。1回の購入でずっと有効で、自動更新はなく、その後に続けて請求されることはありません。「広告非表示＆テーマ」を購入すると、次のようになります。

本アプリは無料で利用でき、運営のために広告を表示します。「広告非表示＆テーマ」を購入していない方には、次の広告を表示します。

EU・英国などでは、広告を表示する前に、広告の同意の画面（UMP）を表示します。「広告非表示＆テーマ」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなり、動画の特典は動画を見ずに受け取れます。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、開発者は本アプリの完全性・正確性・有用性を保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。オンライン対戦は、通信環境により中断・切断する場合があります。

6. サービスの変更・終了

開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

7. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Ultimate Tic Tac Toe - 究極マルバツ" (Japanese name: 究極マルバツ; the "App"), provided by the individual developer Rinblog (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. How information about users is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive right to use the App.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following.

Reverse engineering, modifying or making unauthorized copies of the App
Cheating by exploiting bugs in the App
Harassing or disrupting other users in online matches
Acting against laws or public order and morals

3. Pricing and purchases

The App is free to use. The only paid item is "No Ads & Themes", a non-consumable item bought once in the App. One purchase lasts for good. It does not renew automatically, and you are not charged again after that. Buying "No Ads & Themes" gives you the following.

No ads are shown in the App (neither the banner ads at the top of the Play, Online and How to Play screens nor the full-screen ads after games).
You receive the rewards normally earned by watching a video (an extra Undo, an extra Hint and keeping your win streak) without watching the video (the number of times and the amounts are the same as for users who have not bought it).
You can use the 5 paid board themes (including Aurora).

The 5 free board themes can be used without buying anything. If you previously unlocked Aurora by watching a video, you can keep using Aurora without buying anything.
In Japan the price is 480 yen (tax included). In other countries and regions it is the amount shown on the purchase screen.
Payment is charged once to the payment method on your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
You can buy it from "Shop" under "Purchases" in Settings (you can also go to the Shop from the paid themes on the Board Theme screen).
When you change devices or reinstall the App, you can get your purchase back at no extra cost with "Restore Purchases" in the Shop or under "Purchases" in Settings, using the same Apple ID.
Because this is digital content, it cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policy. Please request them from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
If you are a minor, please get a parent's consent before buying.

4. Ads

The App is free to use and shows ads to support its operation. For users who have not bought "No Ads & Themes", we show the following ads.

Banner ads at the top of the Play, Online and How to Play screens
Full-screen ads after games (at most once every 2 games, with at least 30 minutes after one is shown; never during a game)
Rewarded video ads (watching them is up to you; by watching one you can receive an extra Undo, an extra Hint or keep your win streak)

In the EU, the UK and some other regions, a consent screen for ads (UMP) is shown before ads are shown. Once you buy "No Ads & Themes", ads are no longer shown, and you receive the video rewards without watching videos.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is, and the Developer does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or usefulness. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damage arising from use of the App. Online matches may be interrupted or disconnected depending on your connection.

6. Changes to, or discontinuation of, the service

The Developer may change the content of the App or stop providing it without prior notice to users.

7. Changes to these Terms

The Developer may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. For disputes about the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location is the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
