本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人開発者 Rinblog（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「ピクレット - Pixel Islet」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。ユーザーの情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

1. 利用許諾

開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを非独占的に利用する権利をユーザーに許諾します。

本アプリは無料で利用できます。有料の商品は、アプリ内で1回だけ購入する非消耗型の「広告非表示」の1つだけです。1回の購入でずっと有効で、自動更新はなく、その後に続けて請求されることはありません。「広告非表示」を購入すると、次のようになります。

本アプリは無料で利用でき、運営のために広告を表示します。「広告非表示」を購入していない方には、Google AdMob による次の広告を表示します。

EU・英国などでは、広告を表示する前に、広告の同意の画面（UMP）を表示します。「広告非表示」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなり、動画の特典は動画を見ずに受け取れます。広告の内容は広告主の責任で配信され、開発者は広告の内容を保証しません。

開発者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。終了するときは、可能な限り事前にアプリ内またはサポートページでお知らせします。サービス終了時、デバイス内に保存されたゲームデータは復元できなくなる場合があります。

7. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Pixel Islet" (Japanese name: ピクレット; the "App"), provided by the individual developer Rinblog (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. How information about users is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive right to use the App.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following.

Reverse engineering, modifying or making unauthorized copies of the App
Cheating by exploiting bugs in the App
Acting against laws or public order and morals

3. Pricing and purchases

The App is free to use. The only paid item is "Remove Ads", a non-consumable item bought once in the App. One purchase lasts for good. It does not renew automatically, and you are not charged again after that. Buying "Remove Ads" gives you the following.

You receive the rewards normally earned by watching a video (an extra minigame play, double rewards for minigames and Today's task, XP, an extra Rest, a shorter outing, and room for more postcards) without watching the video. The number of times and the amounts you can receive (including the daily limits) are the same as for users who have not bought it.

What you can play is the same whether or not you buy it (the only differences are whether ads are shown and whether you watch a video to receive a reward).
In Japan the price is 980 yen (tax included). In other countries and regions it is the amount shown on the purchase screen.
Payment is charged once to the payment method on your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. What you buy is available as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
You can buy it from "Shop" under "Purchases" in Settings.
When you change devices or reinstall the App, you can get your purchase back at no extra cost with "Restore purchases" in the Shop or under "Purchases" in Settings, using the same Apple ID.
Because this is digital content, it cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policy. Please request them from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
If you are a minor, please get a parent's consent before buying.

4. Ads

The App is free to use and shows ads to support its operation. For users who have not bought "Remove Ads", we show the following ads through Google AdMob.

Rewarded video ads (watching them is up to you; by watching one you receive the rewards described in "3. Pricing and purchases")

In the EU, the UK and some other regions, a consent screen for ads (UMP) is shown before ads are shown. Once you buy "Remove Ads", ads are no longer shown, and you receive the video rewards without watching videos. Ads are served under the advertisers' responsibility, and the Developer does not guarantee their content.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will run without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that it suits any particular purpose of yours.
For damage caused to you by the Developer's breach of obligation or tort, except in cases of the Developer's intent or gross negligence, the Developer is liable only to the extent of direct and ordinary damage (this limit applies only to cases of negligence other than the Developer's gross negligence).
The Developer is not liable for damage caused by reasons not attributable to the Developer, such as communication problems, device failure or loss, or failures of third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat and others).

6. Changes to, or discontinuation of, the service

The Developer may change the content of the App or stop providing it. When it ends, we will notify you in the App or on the support page in advance wherever possible. When the service ends, game data saved on your device may no longer be recoverable.

7. Changes to these Terms

The Developer may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. For disputes about the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location is the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
