本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「さきどり家計簿」（英語名 Sakidori Budget。以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する開発者とユーザーとの間の一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリは、ユーザーが登録した収入・支出・サブスクリプション・副業の予定をもとに、給料日を起点とした期間ごとの収支や「使っていい金額」の目安を表示する家計管理アプリです。表示される金額は、ユーザーが登録した内容から機械的に計算した目安であり、実際の口座残高や支払い状況を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは金融商品の勧誘、投資助言、税務・会計の専門的助言を行うものではありません。確定申告の要否や税額は、税務署または税理士等にご確認ください。副業の「確定申告ライン」表示は一般的な目安であり、ユーザーの状況によって異なります。
本アプリに登録したデータは、ユーザーの端末内および（ユーザーがバックアップを実行した場合）ユーザー自身の iCloud に保存されます。開発者はこれらのデータを保持しません。端末の紛失・故障・アプリの削除・iCloud の設定変更等によりデータが失われた場合、開発者は復旧できません。必要に応じて iCloud バックアップをご利用ください。
本アプリは、有料の「Pro」サブスクリプション（月額または年額）を提供しています。決済は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、期間終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。
解約は iPhone の「設定」→ Apple ID → サブスクリプション から行ってください。解約後も、現在の請求期間の終了まで Pro の機能を利用できます。
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。返金については Apple のポリシーに従います。価格は App Store の表示が優先され、国・地域や時期により異なる場合があります。
無料版でも本アプリの予定管理機能はすべて利用できます。Pro は、広告の非表示、登録できる名前数の無制限化、アプリアイコンの色、副業の CSV 書き出しなどの追加機能を提供します。
無料版では、Google AdMob によるバナー広告と、ユーザーが任意で視聴するリワード広告を表示します。リワード広告により得られる特典は期限付きです。広告の内容は広告事業者が決定し、開発者はその内容について責任を負いません。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
・本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
・本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルを行うこと
・本アプリの知的財産権を侵害すること
・課金や広告の仕組みを不正に回避すること
・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
本アプリに含まれるコンテンツ、デザイン、コードに関する知的財産権は開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリで使用しているフォント「Manrope」は SIL Open Font License 1.1 に基づき利用しています。
開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、開発者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリの表示をもとにユーザーが行った支出・契約・申告等の判断は、ユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。
本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了する場合があります。提供を終了する場合でも、端末内のデータはユーザーの端末に残ります。
開発者は本規約を随時変更することができます。変更後の規約は本ページまたはアプリ内で通知し、通知後に本アプリを利用いただくことで変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する一切の紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "Sakidori Budget" (Japanese name: さきどり家計簿, "the App") provided by an independent developer ("the Developer"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relations between the Developer and you regarding the App.
The App shows, per pay period starting on your payday, the cash flow and an estimate of what is "safe to spend" based on the income, expenses, subscriptions and side job records you register. All amounts are mechanical estimates derived from your input and do not represent or guarantee any actual account balance or payment status.
The App does not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. The side job "tax-filing line" is a general reference for Japan and may not apply to your situation; consult the tax office or a professional.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you back it up, in your own iCloud. The Developer does not hold your data and cannot recover it if it is lost through device loss or failure, uninstalling the App, or changes to iCloud settings. Use the iCloud backup feature as needed.
The App offers a paid "Pro" subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through the Apple App Store and renewed automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Prices shown on the App Store take precedence and may vary by region.
All planning features are available for free. Pro adds removal of ads, unlimited names, app icon colors and side job CSV export.
The free version shows banner ads and optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Rewards from rewarded ads are time-limited. Ad content is determined by the ad network, and the Developer is not responsible for it.
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, infringe its intellectual property, circumvent purchases or ads, or interfere with its operation.
All content, design and code of the App belong to the Developer or their rightful owners. The "Manrope" font is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Except in cases of the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Decisions about spending, contracts or tax filing made based on the App are your own responsibility.
Handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Developer may change or discontinue the App without prior notice. Data stored on your device remains on your device.
The Developer may revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be announced on this page or in the App, and continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
